You will work with the DC Manager to lead the team in the Manager's absence, oversee daily operations, and ensure food safety, WHS, stock control, and waste minimisation while delivering expert customer service.
We require a qualified butcher with solid industry experience, passionate about quality, teamwork, and customer service.
