About the role:
Drafting and advising on Wills, testamentary trusts, powers of attorney and enduring guardianships
Managing probate applications and estate administration from start to finish
Advising high-net-worth individuals and families on complex succession planning




Working directly with clients to deliver tailored solutions and build long-term relationships
Supporting the partners in delivering strategic advice on estate planning structures
The ideal candidate:
5–8 years' PQE in estate planning, probate, and estate administration
Strong drafting skills and technical knowledge in trusts and succession law
A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
Ability to manage files autonomously while contributing to a supportive team environment
