Job Description
Estia Health is seeking an Administration/ Rostering support role to help ensure smooth operations across our aged care homes.
You will work closely with the Residential Aged Care Manager and home staff to maintain rosters, assist with recruitment, and deliver friendly service to residents and staff.
You will bring a people-oriented approach, solid data and computer skills, and a proactive mindset to support daily tasks and processes in a busy aged care setting.
