The successful candidate will be working along side, overseeing and supporting individuals with disabilities in a work workplace, helping them develop skills and achieve employment goals.
This role is crucial in offering opportunities for our supported employees to gain valuable work experience and potentially transitioning to open employment.
You will need to show commitment to the role, and be caring and compassionate towards supported employees at all times.We provide the best possible service at all times and require staff who are respectful, have self-determination for continuous learning and growth and display high levels of enthusiasm and positivity.You will be patient, well organised, have a professional attitude with the ability to inspire our team of supported employees.
The role will involve breaking down complex initiatives and providing clear instructions to ensure our clients can complete allocated tasks.
