You'll manage a range of reactive and preventative maintenance tasks, from repairs to general handyperson work, while engaging positively with residents.
This is an ideal prospect for someone with a trade background or strong domestic maintenance experience, who is friendly, proactive, and passionate about helping others.This is a permanent part time position working Wednesday and Friday 8:00am-4:00pmYour ImpactCompleting general repairs and handyperson tasks such as painting, picture hanging and light replacementsPerforming small plumbing maintenance, including replacing taps and washersSupporting the upkeep of external assets such as lighting and sprinkler systemsCarrying out scheduled preventative maintenance across the communityManaging community tools and equipment to ensure they are safe, organised and fit for purposeRecording maintenance activities,
