You'll work closely with customers, freight providers, warehouse teams and internal stakeholders to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.No 2 days are the same.
One day you'll be coordinating international shipments, the next you'll be preparing freight quotations, processing customer orders or supporting warehouse dispatch activities.Join a growing business where you'll play a key role in customer order management, export logistics, freight coordination and operational support.
This is a diverse, hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, logistics, problem solving and working closely with both customers and warehouse teams.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Processing & Customer CoordinationProcess customer orders accurately and efficientlyVerify pricing, product information and delivery requirementsRelease orders to the warehouse for picking and packingMonitor order progress through to dispatchMaintain accurate records and documentationGenerate Proof of Delivery (POD) documentationExport & International LogisticsCoordinate export shipments from quotation through to deliveryArrange air freight,



sea freight and courier shipmentsPrepare export documentation and supporting paperworkLiaise with international customers regarding shipping requirementsManage bookings with freight providers and customer-appointed forwardersEnsure export procedures are completed accurately and on scheduleObtain freight quotations from multiple providersCalculate export and freight costsPrepare customer quotationsRecommend efficient and cost-effective freight solutionsSupport sales teams with logistics advice and export cost analysisWarehouse & Dispatch CoordinationWork closely with warehouse personnel to coordinate fulfilment activitiesConduct product inspections where requiredEnsure warehouse teams receive accurate dispatch instructionsVerify shipment documentation and packing requirementsAssist in resolving operational and dispatch-related issuesAdministration & InvoicingReview freight and logistics supplier invoicesAssist with payment processing and approvalsMaintain accurate shipment records and filing systemsSkills & ExperienceExperience in Order Entry, Customer Service, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Warehouse Administration or Export CoordinationStrong communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesStrong organisational and problem-solving skillsHigh level of accountability and ownershipPositive and team-focused attitudeHighly DesirableKnowledge of international shipping requirementsDangerous Goods (DG)
