Key responsibilities
Chronic disease management — health assessments, care plans, and ongoing patient coordination (RNs may lead independently; ENs supported under RN/GP direction)Immunisations and vaccine administrationTreatment room duties — wound care, ECGs, dressings, and related proceduresSupporting GPs with patient care and clinical workflow
About you




Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled NurseCurrent CPR certificateConfident working in a busy general practice environmentStrong communication skills with patients and the broader clinical teamReliable and punctual, with a genuine commitment to rostered daysGeneral practice or primary care experience highly regarded, but not essential — training provided
