Join our supportive leisure team whose job it is to help people live their best lives — whether they're on holiday, visiting an attraction or treating loved ones to a special experience.About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team on a Permanent Part Time basis.You will play a key role in supporting the successful operation of the Housekeeping department, ensuring accommodation rooms, public areas and resort facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
As a hands-on leader, you will support and motivate the Housekeeping team, coordinate daily operations, and work closely with Front Office, Maintenance and other departments to deliver exceptional experiences for our members and guests.You will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, supporting team development, monitoring productivity, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, and helping create a positive and collaborative team environment.




This role is ideal for an experienced housekeeping professional who enjoys leading by example and thrives in a rapid-paced hospitality environment.As RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort operates 7 days a week, this Permanent Part Time role requires flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.This could be just the right role for you?
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play an important role in ensuring our accommodation rooms, public areas and resort facilities are presented to the highest standards.Your key responsibilities will include:Lead, supervise and support the Housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service standardsInspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently achievedCoordinate daily room allocations, team workflow and operational prioritiesAssist with roster coordination, training, coaching and development of team membersLiaise with Front Office, Maintenance and other departments to ensure guest needs are metRespond to guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related issues in a timely mannerMonitor stock levels and housekeeping equipment to ensure operational requirements are metMaintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety proceduresSupport continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive team cultureWhat you'll need to be successfulPrevious experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor or leadership role within a hotel, resort or hospitality environmentStrong understanding of housekeeping operations, cleaning standards and service deliveryProven ability to lead,
