As a Property Management Assistant, you'll be an significant part of the team, working as a hands‐on support role alongside an experienced Senior Property Manager, helping them deliver outstanding service to rental providers and renters while continuing to develop your own property management skills and experience.Key responsibilitiesAssisting a Senior Property Manager with the day-to-day management of their portfolioConducting routine inspections and preparing reportsAssisting with maintenance coordination and follow-upCommunicating with rental providers, renters and tradespeoplePreparing documentation and correspondenceHelping with leasing, property handovers and general portfolio administrationSupporting the wider Property Management team when requiredProviding friendly, professional and responsive customer serviceAbout youHighly organised and able to manage multiple tasksConfident communicating with people in person,
