Brisbane Isuzu is seeking an experienced Light Vehicle Technician to join our service team in Eagle Farm, Queensland.
This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of vehicle servicing and repair.
As a Light Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of light vehicles to ensure they operate safely and efficiently.
Your expertise will directly impact customer satisfaction and contribute to the reputation of Brisbane Isuzu as a trusted automotive service provider.Key responsibilitiesPerform routine vehicle maintenance tasks including oil changes, filter replacements, fluid checks and tyre rotationsDiagnose vehicle mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment and testing proceduresRepair and replace vehicle components including engines, transmissions, suspension systems and brake systemsConduct pre-delivery inspections and vehicle safety checks to ensure compliance with standardsMaintain accurate and detailed service records and work documentationFollow manufacturer specifications and service procedures for all repair workCommunicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and recommended repairsKeep the workshop area clean, organised and compliant with health and safety regulationsIdentify and report any potential safety hazards or equipment maintenance needsWork collaboratively with other technicians and service advisors to deliver quality serviceWhat we're looking forCurrent automotive trade qualification or equivalent recognised certificationProven experience as a light vehicle technician or similar automotive repair roleStrong knowledge of light vehicle systems including mechanical,
