you will be responsibile for:operating a high-volume cocktail and wine dispense bar while adhering to business standards, emphasising efficiency and cleanlinessskillfully managing a floor section with confidenceproviding the confident, skilled and engaging delivery of service, food and beverages to guestsAbout youa natural comfortability with people and working in a fast-paced dispense bar environmentreliable, consistent, natural initiative and awareness skills, with a hard-working attitudestrong knowledge of classic cocktails - wine knowledge and mixology experience an added bonus!
