An exciting opportunity has arisen with a highly regarded luxury residential builder in Perth for an organised, proactive and commercially minded Executive Assistant / Office, Marketing & People Coordinator.This is a newly created position offering genuine scope to shape the role and make it your own.
Working closely with the management team, you'll provide executive support while taking ownership of digital marketing, people administration and client communication.It's a diverse role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and wants to build something rather than simply step into a well-established process.The OpportunityAs this is a brand-recent position, you'll have the opportunity to establish systems, processes and ways of working that will support the Directors and wider business.Executive SupportManage Directors' diaries, meetings, correspondence and prioritiesPrepare documents and coordinate follow-up actionsImprove systems and processes across the businessMarketingManage websites, social media and marketing contentCoordinate enquiries, campaigns and external marketing providersTrack leads and marketing performanceManage initial client enquiries and support the wider client teamDevelop knowledge of the building process and progressively take on client liaison responsibilitiesPeople & HR AdministrationSupport recruitment, onboarding and employee administrationMaintain records and coordinate leave, training and complianceAssist with employee queries and performance processesWhere the Role Can Take YouThe role is expected to evolve significantly as you become established within the business.Initially, the focus will be weighted towards executive support and digital marketing,
with HR and people responsibilities introduced progressively.Long term, the position will develop towards a Client Liaison-focused role, with the potential to become the primary point of contact for clients throughout their building journey.About YouWe're looking for someone who is confident, capable and enjoys being the person who keeps things organised and moving.You'll ideally bring:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAn understanding of the residential building industryStrong organisation and attention to detailThe ability to manage competing priorities and work independentlyConfidence working with digital marketing platforms, websites and social mediaAn understanding of Google Analytics and digital reportingHigh levels of discretion when dealing with confidential informationA proactive, solutions-focused approachThe composure to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentA genuine interest in learning the residential building industryPrevious experience in Executive Assistance, Personal Assistance, Marketing Coordination, Office Management, Client Liaison or a similar varied role would be highly regarded.Why Consider This Opportunity?
