Safety, quality and environmental performance are core to how NCF operates, underpinned by ISO *****-aligned environmental management and a strong track record of incident-free project delivery.About the RoleAs a Panel Beater/Yardy at Oaklands Junction, Victoria, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality vehicles, excavators and piling rig repairs to NCF.
Additionally, you will assist the day-to-day operations of the Oaklands yard.
You will be responsible for completing structural and cosmetic repairs, ensuring damaged plant, equipment, & vehicles are restored to their pre-accident condition through the use of correct repair methods, technical expertise,



and quality workmanship.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete structural and cosmetic panel repairs to damaged plant, equipment, & vehicles to industry specificationsAssess vehicle and plant damage and apply the correct repair methods and techniquesRemove, repair, replace, align, and fit vehicle body components as requiredEnsure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently, minimising reworkWork within expected productivity and repair cycle time targetsAccurately complete job cards, repair notes, parts requirements, and time allocationMaintain a clean, organised, and safe work environmentCorrectly use and maintain workshop tools and equipmentContribute to continuous improvement and quality assurance initiativesSupport a positive, qualified, and team-focused workshop cultureAssist in the coordination and management of the yardUndertake estimating, painting, welding, operate a forklift or other tradeCandidate RequirementsQualified Panel Beater with relevant trade qualificationsPrevious experience in an autobody, smash repair, or automotive repair environmentStrong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques and processesAbility to complete quality repairs in accordance with industry & vehicle specificationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to "first time right" workmanshipAbility to work efficiently and meet productivity and repair time expectationsSound understanding of workplace health and safety requirementsAbility to accurately complete repair documentation and job cardsStrong communication and teamwork skills
