Brooks Hire is seeking a Workshop Foreman to lead our Melbourne workshop, overseeing servicing and maintenance of a large earthmoving fleet. You will manage a team, perform mechanical diagnosis and repairs, and coordinate with clients to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a trade qualification in heavy-duty plant mechanics, at least 3 years as a plant mechanic, robust leadership, and hands-on computer skills. A driver license (HR preferred) and medical clearance are required.
