Your Responsibilities:

Build robust product knowledge across our wide range of quality used vehicles.
n
Understand customer needs and preferences, guiding them through the purchasing journey.
n
Deliver exceptional customer service that builds trust and long-term relationships.
n
Proactively generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and follow-ups.
n
Assist with trade-in valuations and appraisals as required.
n
Contribute to achieving dealership sales and customer satisfaction targets.
n

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a sales environment (automotive is a plus)
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n




Customer-centric approach – you genuinely love to help people!
n
Well-presented and professional.
n
Valid NSW Driver’s Licence (Required!)
n
Weekend availability is a MUST!
