HammondCare is seeking an experienced Clinical Educator to deliver evidence-based education across adaptable locations with travel to client homes and offices. The role includes coaching, supervising practice, and aligning education with regulatory standards and quality goals.

The ideal candidate is a tertiary qualified RN with AHPRA registration, solid training delivery experience, and excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Travel costs are reimbursed.
