Disability Support Worker - Complex Care

About The Role

n

We are seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers to provide person-centred support to individuals with complex needs, including intellectual, physical and psychosocial disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges.

n

You will:

n

n
Support participants with daily routines, personal care and emotional wellbeing.
n
Build meaningful relationships through therapeutic conversations and connection.
n
Encourage independence, community participation and social engagement.
n
Maintain a secure and supportive home environments.
n

n

What You'll Need

n

n
Minimum 2 years' experience in disability.
n
Ability to remain calm, grounded and qualified in complex situations.
n
Drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check, Blue Card, First Aid and CPR.
n
