The Arnott's Group is seeking a Head of Employee Relations & Industrial Relations to lead our ER/IR capability. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this standalone function will own ER/IR across the organisation from our North Strathfield head office, with occasional time spent across the manufacturing network.
You will drive enterprise bargaining, governance and strategic advisory, partnering with corporate, commercial and supply chain leaders to manage risk and support business objectives.
