Continuous training and support provided.Key ResponsibilitiesInterpret and work from shop drawings, plans, and specificationsOperate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficientlyMeasure, cut, assemble, and finish staircase components to a high standardWork with solid timberWork in a close team environment to produce high quality staircasesMaintain a clean, organised, and protected work areaIdentify and resolve manufacturing issues proactivelySkills & ExperienceStrong understanding of stair construction methods and Australian StandardsAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsHigh attention to detail and pride in workmanshipAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMust hold a White CardMust hold a Current NSW driver's licenceQualifications (Preferred but Not Essential)Apprentices nearing completion of TAFEBenefitsAbove award wageAccess to all tools and machinery you requireWork in a strong and positive cultureContinually use your joinery and carpentry skillsBe part of an award winning, highly reputable and well know staircase companyWork close to homePotential to have a company vehicle
