This is an operational, floor-based leadership role suited to an experienced hospitality supervisor or Duty Manager who enjoys being involved in service, leading a team and taking responsibility for the smooth operation of a busy venue.
We are also open to applicants who are currently working as a strong hospitality supervisor and are ready to take the next step into management.Key responsibilitiesLead and supervise FOH operations during allocated shiftsOpen and close the venue and take responsibility as Manager on DutyLead the team from the floor during busy servicesAllocate staff, breaks and duties throughout the shiftMaintain high standards of customer service and hospitalityRespond to customer feedback and resolve issues professionallyCoordinate closely with the kitchen and other departmentsAssist with gaming, bar and bistro operationsComplete cash handling, reconciliation and end-of-day proceduresEnsure RSA, RSG,
