Staffing & Reservations Coordinator | Melbourne CBDWe are seeking an organised and customer-focused After Hours Consultant to support our clients and workforce outside of standard business hours.
This role works 7:00pm to 7:00am Wednesday - Saturday and plays a critical part in ensuring seamless staffing operations across a 24/7 environment.About the ROLEAs the go to person for all types of planned and unplanned actions, you will be the first point of contact for clients and temporary staff during overnight hours.
You'll manage bookings, fill shift requests, coordinate rosters,



and provide administrative support to keep operations running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to inbound calls from clients and temporary staffFill last-minute staffing requests and vacant shiftsEnter and update rosters accuratelyManage bookings and schedule changesProvide exceptional customer service and problem-solving supportMaintain accurate records and complete administrative tasksLiaise with internal teams to ensure service continuityAbout YouExcellent communication and customer service skillsPrevious hospitality experience is highly regardedStrong administration and data entry skillsAbility to work independently and make decisions under pressureHighly organised with robust attention to detailConfident using computer systems and multiple platformsPrevious rostering, scheduling, customer service, or administration experienceWhy Join Us?
