This position is available on either a part-time or full-time basis for the right candidate.
The role is primarily office-based in Dandenong, with the opportunity for some work-from-home flexibility once established in the role.
You will manage bookkeeping and payroll responsibilities for a portfolio of clients across a variety of industries while working closely with our experienced team.Key responsibilitiesBank, credit card and balance sheet reconciliationsProcessing payroll and payroll complianceProcessing superannuation and payroll reportingBAS preparation assistance and maintaining accurate financial recordsCoding transactions and understanding Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet accountsLiaising with clients and responding to bookkeeping enquiriesAssisting with month-end bookkeeping processesAbout youPrevious bookkeeping experience (experience within an accounting or bookkeeping firm is highly regarded)QuickBooks Online (QBO) experienceExperience using Xero and MYOBExcellent payroll knowledge,
