Sales Associate - Thyme Lifestyle Resort ForsterWe're looking for a motivated Sales Associate to support our sales team at Thyme Lifestyle Resort Forster, a brand new lifestyle resort in the Serenitas portfolio.
This full-time role is perfect for someone looking to build a career in residential property sales, especially in the growing land lease community sector.Working closely with the Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in engaging prospective homeowners, coordinating appointments, maintaining our CRM, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.This is a outstanding opportunity to join our fantastic supportive team during this exciting period of growth.

and settlements under guidanceMaintain sales centre presentation and support marketing initiativesSupport prospective homeowners through their decision-making journeyProvide insights to help the business improve customer experience and performanceOccasionally relieve the Sales Consultant or attend weekend sales events (approx. once/month)What You Bring2+ years' experience in sales or customer serviceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional organisation and attention to detailComfort with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus)A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitudeWillingness to grow and develop in the real estate industryDriver's licence (essential)Certificate of Registration (Sales) – preferred but not requiredBackground or understanding of residential or retirement living sales processesWhy Join Serenitas?
