Everything we do is dedicated to enabling, celebrating and supporting older Australians to live and age positively.About the OpportunityAs the Housekeeping Team Leader, your primary focus will be providing efficient management and coordination of the cleaning and laundry operations, ensuring a safe, high-quality cleaning and laundry service to our residents in compliance with legislative requirements.This is a hands‐on position that requires you to lead from the front.Directing and supervising staff in their dutiesRostering and replacing staff when absentEnsuring staff are competent to use machinery required for their positionEnsuring that cleaning of residents' rooms and public areas meets the standards and infection controlEnsuring that laundry services are conducted in a secure and efficient way that meets the needs of the site and residentsReporting any evidence of pest infestation and breakdown in equipment or standardsResponsible for managing and working within budgets for cleaning & laundryManage the ordering, delivery,
