Providing patient care and clinical support under the supervision of GPs.Assisting with immunisations, wound care, health assessments, and care plans.Maintaining accurate patient records.Supporting infection control and safety processes.What We're Looking ForCurrent AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse or Registered NursePrevious experience in Gp Medical Centre (preferred but not essential)Excellent communication and multitasking skills.Versatile and adaptable to move between reception and nursing roles.Knowledge of Medical Director and Pracsoft software (advantageous, training provided).
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and data entryBasic knowledge of medical terminologyPreparation of care plans and managing Chronic management plans.
