Operations Coordinator – Environmental Equipment HireYou will coordinate the daily operational workflow of the business, ensuring customer requirements are met efficiently and on time.
This is a hands‐on coordination role for someone who enjoys being busy, solving problems, dealing with customers and making sure things get done.
You'll work closely with our workshop team, customers, suppliers and management, with responsibility for coordinating equipment, bookings, purchasing, invoicing and general operational workflow.Key responsibilitiesProcessing customer equipment hire requests and bookingsCoordinating equipment availability, preparation, returns and dispatchForward planning for upcoming customer hire and sales requirementsBooking and managing transport servicesManaging long‐term hire contracts and resolving day‐to‐day operational issuesMonitoring stock levels and ordering consumables,
