Sandringham Yacht Club (SYC) is looking for an energetic and organised Sailing Coordinator to help deliver one of Australia's leading sailing programs.Working closely with the Sailing Manager and a passionate team of staff and volunteers, this role is central to the coordination of SYC's keelboat and off-the-beach (OTB) racing, regattas, Discover Sailing programs and major club events.About the roleYou'll be hands-on and highly visible, coordinating weekly racing, supporting race management teams, assisting on-water when required and ensuring members and volunteers have a seamless sailing experience.
From preparing race documents and publishing results, to supporting regattas, presentations and key events, no two days will be the same.What you'll be doingCoordinating weekly keelboat and OTB racing programsPreparing Notices of Race, Sailing Instructions and race documentationManaging entries, handicaps and publishing same-day resultsSupporting race management teams, volunteers and on-water operationsAssisting with regattas,
