rosters, stock take and daily management reportingEnsure Lounge opening andclosing procedures are consistent and managed accordinglyMonitor and ensure quality of food, hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness of the Lounge including maintenance of plant and equipmentHandle any escalated guest complaints in a skilled and discreet mannerReview work procedures and operational standards in order to determine ways to improve the services, performance and safetyAssist in recruitment and induction of new team membersMaintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assetsKey Selection Criteria:Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (mandatory).
Experience leading or supervising a team within a busy environmentFlexible to work variable shifts including early starts, weekends and public holidaysAbility to coach and train staff effectively on Standard Operating ProceduresAble to work under pressureKnowledge in health and safety regulationsWell organized with good time management skillsPassionate about delivering exceptional guest serviceExperience in working in airport would be advantageBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
