REGISTERED NURSE – Aged Care & NDIS / Community NursingThe Registered Nurse – Aged Care & NDIS / Community Nursing is responsible for providing safe, high-quality, person-centred and evidence-based nursing care to older people receiving aged care and Support at Home services, and participants receiving supports under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
The Registered Nurse supports clients and participants to maintain their health, safety, independence, dignity, choice and quality of life while receiving care in their home and community.
The role provides clinical assessment, nursing care, care planning, clinical monitoring, risk management, health education and clinical oversight within the Registered Nurse's professional scope of practice.
The Registered Nurse is also expected to contribute to clinical governance, incident management, infection prevention and control, quality improvement and the safe delivery of services across both Aged Care and NDIS programs.
Please note that this is a part time 10 hours a week role predominately working from home.
