You'll provide tailored mentoring, promote inclusive practices, and ensure a smooth transition from pre-employment preparation to work.This is a full-time role of 38 hours per week based in our South Morang Office.
Travel across the region may be required on an ad hoc basis to support customer engagement and service delivery.Key Responsibilities:Manage a caseload ofcustomers under the IEA contractDevelop and maintain individualised support plans aligned with customer goalsDeliver person-centred servicing tailored to individual capacity and aspirationsCollaborate with Work Preparation Mentors and Workforce Solutions ConsultantsFacilitate warm handovers to In Work Mentors upon employment commencementMonitor progress and adjust plans to support readiness and engagementMaintain accurate documentation and meet IEA compliance requirementsPromote inclusive employment practices and accessible service deliveryRepresent Personnel Employment with professionalism and empathyWhat You'll Bring:Experience in mentoring, employment services, or disability supportStrong understanding of inclusive employment and person-centred approachesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage a diverse caseload and tailor support effectivelyCollaborative mindset and experience working in multidisciplinary teamsStrong administrative skills and confidence using digital systemsPassion for helping individuals achieve meaningful employment outcomesCompliance-ready: Police Check, Working with Children Check (as required), and current unrestrictedDriver's LicenseWhy work with us?
