Representing many of the world's leading motorcycle brands, we have expanded into Powersports and Marine and are now one of Queensland's largest independent dealership groups.With dealerships across the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Fraser Coast, we are continuing to grow and are looking for a new team member to join our Administration Team at Maroochydore.About the RoleWe are looking for either an experienced Administration Clerk or an enthusiastic trainee or school leaver looking to start a career in administration.This is a Monday-to-Friday position, with full-time hours preferred; however,



school hours will be considered for the right candidate.The role is varied and provides administrative support across our dealership operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing vehicle sales and deal documentationProcessing manufacturer warranty registrationsEntering recent and used vehicles into stockProcessing daily bankingAssisting with Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivableData entry, filing and general administrationAnswering incoming calls and directing enquiriesProviding general administrative support to the wider dealership teamAbout YouWe are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and comfortable working in a busy dealership environment.You will ideally have:A positive attitude and willingness to learnStrong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skillsGood organisational and time-management skillsThe ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to work effectively as part of a teamGood computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookA current driver's licencePrevious administration or automotive dealership experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
