As the Assistant manager you will support our Store Leader in running the floor.
You will lead by example with sales, coach the team including a 3IC and keep operations running smoothly.You'll be one of your team's strongest sellers and a natural coach on the floor someone the team looks to when the Store Leader isn't around.
