My NRMA is seeking an Inbound Customer Service Representative (Contact Centre) for a Hybrid Full‐Time role.
You will be the first point of contact for roadside assistance calls and support members with empathy, transparent communication, and accuracy.You'll work a 3‐week rotational roster from early mornings to late at night, with training at Sydney Olympic Park.
This role offers remote work options with monthly office days and emphasizes customer care and data integrity.
