You'll work closely with the Branch Manager, service team, transport providers, customers and suppliers to make sure equipment is booked, prepared, delivered and returned properly.You'll be responsible for:Coordinating hire and off-hire requests by phone, email and in personPreparing quotes, contracts, delivery dockets and return docketsUsing Syrinx to manage bookings, customer records and hire detailsCoordinating transport providers for equipment deliveries and pickupsMaintaining the daily run sheet for machines going out, returning or awaiting pickupWorking with the yard and service teams to make sure equipment is ready for dispatchSupporting account setup,



credit checks and customer payment processingKeeping customers updated and solving issues quickly when plans changeSupporting the Business Development Managers with quotes and pricing informationHelping drive repeat business through reliable service and solid customer relationshipsWhat you bringWe're looking for someone who is practical, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced hire environment.You'll bring:Previous experience in equipment hire, construction, civil, logistics, transport or fleet coordinationStrong customer service skills and a confident phone mannerGood computer skills and confidence using systemsHigh attention to detail, especially with bookings, pricing and paperworkThe ability to manage competing priorities and follow through properlyA calm, solutions-focused approach when things change quicklyA White Card, or willingness to obtain oneExperience using Syrinx or another hire management system, highly regardedHRW, Yellow Card, EWP, Forklift or First Aid licences, handy but not essentialWhy you'll love working hereModern fleet and great gear.
