This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, being out and about, and developing their career in residential property management.Key responsibilitiesConduct Wednesday and Saturday rental open inspectionsManage leasing enquiries and arrange property inspectionsFollow up prospective tenants and identify suitable applicantsReview rental applications,



conduct reference checks and present applications to landlordsHelp manage a residential property portfolio and day-to-day tenancy mattersCommunicate with landlords and tenants and maintain robust client relationshipsCoordinate repairs, maintenance, lease renewals and rent arrearsConduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspectionsPrepare leases and coordinate new tenancy commencementMaintain accurate property and tenancy recordsAbout youPrevious property management or leasing experience preferredStrong organisation and time-management skillsConfident verbal and written communicationCurrent NSW Certificate of Registration / Real Estate LicenceAustralian driver's licence and reliable vehicleAvailable for Wednesday and Saturday open homes
