Over the years, we've grown into a trusted national supplier, expanding across Australia.As we grow, our promise remains the same – delivering the right product, at the right price, on time.Now, we're looking for a vibrant Customer Service Representative to be the voice of our brand and the heart of our customer support for our NSW Operations.The OpportunityAs a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful hand that supports our customers every day.
You'll be based at our Office in Prestons, NSW, answering calls, responding to enquiries, processing orders, and making sure everything runs smoothly.You'll also work closely with our Sales, Finance, and Warehousing teams to make sure every customer gets the care and service they deserve.What you'll be doing:Answering incoming calls and emails with a positive, solutions-focused attitudeProcessing customer orders accurately using our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365)Providing updates to customers on order status and delivery timelinesCoordinating with our warehouse to ensure smooth dispatchAssisting with product enquiries and resolving issues quickly and professionallySupporting internal sales activities,



including preparing quotations, identifying customer needs, suggesting suitable products, and following up on opportunitiesBuilding strong customer relationships and proactively promoting products, specials, and new solutionsSupporting the team with general administration and ad hoc duties as requiredAbout YouYou'll thrive in this role if you're proactive, friendly, and love helping people.
