As a Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in the construction and assembly of our granny flat modules and housing solutions.
This is a hands–on position where you will be responsible for translating design specifications into high-quality finished products that meet our exacting standards.
Your expertise will be integral to maintaining our reputation for superior craftsmanship and ensuring projects are completed on time and within specifications.Key responsibilitiesConstruct, assemble and install structural and finishing components for granny flat modules and housing unitsRead and interpret technical drawings, blueprints and specifications to ensure accuracy in all carpentry workMeasure, cut and shape timber and other materials using hand tools and power tools to precise specificationsInstall walls, flooring, roofing, doors, windows and other structural elements according to design requirementsPerform finishing work including sanding, staining and painting to achieve the desired aesthetic and durability standardsEnsure all work complies with relevant building codes, safety standards and quality benchmarksCollaborate with other team members, supervisors and project managers to coordinate work schedules and resolve any issuesMaintain a clean, safe and organised work environment,
