We deliver innovative employment and training solutions across eastern Australia, helping organisations and apprentices thrive.Squad Employment, Training & HR is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Field Officer to join our Sydney team.As a Field Officer, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with host employers across a range of industries, identify new business opportunities, and support apprentices and trainees through regular mentoring, site visits, and performance discussions.Key responsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong host employer relationships across multiple industriesIdentify and secure new business and placement opportunitiesPromote Squad services and achieve placement and growth targetsConduct regular mentoring, performance reviews, and site visitsSupport apprentices and trainees throughout their employment and training journeyMonitor wellbeing, workplace performance,



and training progressionEnsure compliance with employment, safety, and training requirementsProvide high-quality service to hosts, apprentices, and stakeholdersAbout youStrong relationship-building and business development skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilityFriendly, skilled, and confident in networking environmentsAbility to mentor and support younger workers with patience and emotional intelligenceStrong organisational and time-management skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and work autonomouslyCurrent Working with Children CheckGeneral Construction Induction (White Card) desirablePrevious Experience in apprenticeships, traineeships, VET or workforce development necessary .
