We specialise in decorative, custom and commercial lighting solutions for residential, retail and commercial customers.Based at our Campbellfield warehouse, you will work closely with the Warehouse Operations Manager and wider warehouse team to support the smooth,



efficient and accurate day-to-day running of the warehouse.As an experienced member of the team, you'll be someone others can rely on for guidance, problem-solving and support when priorities shift or issues arise.Key responsibilities include:Picking, packing and preparing customer and project orders for dispatchReceiving, checking and putting away incoming stockCoordinating incoming and outgoing freightSupporting stock control, stocktakes and inventory accuracyMaintaining accurate stock locations and warehouse recordsCompleting product checks and basic assembly where requiredIdentifying and resolving stock, order and workflow issuesHelping coordinate day‐to‐day warehouse priorities where requiredProviding support and guidance to other Warehouse AssistantsAssisting with onboarding and training of new team membersMaintaining high standards of accuracy, organisation, safety and housekeepingWorking closely with other departments to resolve stock and delivery issuesEscalating operational matters to the Warehouse Operations Manager where appropriateIdentifying opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiencyFrom time to time, the role may also assist with clearance stock,



customer collections and warehouse outlet activities.ABOUT YOUYou are an experienced warehouse professional who takes pride in doing things properly.You are practical, organised and solutions-focused.
You can work independently, manage competing priorities and take responsibility for seeing tasks through.You are comfortable stepping up when needed, supporting others and helping maintain strong standards across the warehouse floor.You will ideally bring:3+ years' experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environmentStrong understanding of receiving, dispatch, inventory and stock controlExperience supporting or guiding other warehouse team membersStrong organisational and prioritisation skillsHigh attention to detailPractical problem‐solving skills and sound judgementConfidence using warehouse, inventory, freight and computer systemsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to work independently and take ownershipA reliable and collaborative approachThe physical capability required for warehouse workForklift licence highly regardedExperience with lighting, furniture, electrical products or similar product‐based environments would be advantageous, but is not essential.WHY ABOUT SPACE?
