Plant & Machinery Operator (Construction)SouthCut Plant and Civil is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in Lang Lang, Victoria.
As a Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in the smooth execution of our construction projects, operating a range of heavy machinery with precision and care.What you'll be doingSafely operate various heavy machinery, such as excavators, Posi tracks and trucks to complete a wide range of construction tasksPerform pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on assigned equipment to ensure optimal performance and safetyWork closely with the construction crew to coordinate the efficient movement and placement of materials and equipmentAdhere to all relevant safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environmentCollaborate with the site supervisor to troubleshoot any operational issues and implement effective solutionsContribute to the overall success of the construction project by delivering high-quality work within established timelinesHands on work, helping all members on ground complete tasks such as installing drainage pipes, concreting pits, using hand tools and general ground duties to complete the job.What we're looking forMinimum 3 years of experience as a Machine Operator in the construction industryProficiency in operating a variety of heavy machinery, such as excavators,
