You'll play a key role in ensuring every person who enters the centre feels safe, welcome, and supported.
What You'll Do
This is more than a security role, it's a role with purpose and impact.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Providing a strong security presence with exceptional customer serviceSupporting tenants, guests, and visitors professionallyConducting foot patrols and proactive safety awarenessManaging access control and responding to client requestsResponding confidently to incidents, alarms, and emergenciesBuilding positive relationships with retail partners and centre managementCompleting clear incident reports and daily logs using digital systemsMaintaining a high standard of presentation and communication
What You'll Bring
To succeed with Assetlink, you'll need:
A valid VIC Full Security LicenceCurrent First Aid & CPR certificationStrong communication and customer service skillsProfessional presentation and confidence dealing with the publicSound judgement and problem-solving skillsFlexibility to work across a rotating 7-day rosterFull working rights in Australia
Retail security experience is an advantage, but not essential.
