What matters is your sales experience, customer service skills and ability to build genuine relationships.ResponsibilitiesManage and grow a portfolio of key customersBuild strong, long-term customer relationshipsFind new sales opportunities by speaking with customers and understanding their needsPromote parts, servicing, repairs and equipment solutionsVisit customers regularly to understand their needs and futurePrepare quotes, tenders and sales plans when requiredKeep customer, sales and equipment records up to dateWork closely with the service,



parts and technical teams to find the right solutionsKeep up to date with competitors and changes in the marketSupport sales campaigns, marketing and business development activitiesWork towards sales targets and KPIs while providing great customer serviceSkillsIn this role, you will ideally have previous experience in sales, business development or account management.
A mechanical mindset or background in industrial, construction, electrical, trades, heavy machinery or automotive industries will be highly regarded and will help you hit the ground running.Excellent communication and customer service skillsConfident using CRM systems and keeping sales records up to dateGood attention to detail and ability to learn new computer systemsStrong understanding of the importance of workplace safetySelf-motivated, organised and able to manage your own scheduleProactive, commercially minded and focused on finding the right solutions for customersOur client doesn't believe in cutting corners.
