neonatal staff and the wider multidisciplinary teamParticipating in clinical handovers and maintaining continuity of careAbout youMinimum 2 years' recent midwifery experience within AustraliaCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered MidwifeRecent hospital-based maternity experienceStrong clinical assessment and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively within a multidisciplinary teamFlexibility to work across a rotating roster, including days, nights and weekends
