Balance Physio GC is looking for a Physiotherapist to join our growing Mermaid Beach clinic.We believe great physiotherapy combines strong clinical reasoning, hands-on treatment, patient education and exercise rehabilitation.Our patients come to us because they want a clinician who will take the time to assess what is happening, provide genuine treatment and develop a clear plan to help them improve.If you enjoy manual therapy, solving different presentations and building strong relationships with your patients, we would love to hear from you.About Balance Physio GCBalance Physio GC is part of Balance Group Australia, a growing multidisciplinary healthcare group operating across physiotherapy, podiatry, occupational therapy, mobility equipment and rehabilitation services.Our Mermaid Beach clinic has an established patient base, strong administration support and referral pathways across our wider healthcare group.This means our Physiotherapists can focus on what they do best providing excellent clinical care.About the RoleYou will manage a varied private practice caseload,
with a strong focus on musculoskeletal physiotherapy and hands-on treatment.Your role will include:Assessing and treating a broad range of musculoskeletal conditionsProviding hands-on treatment and manual therapy where clinically appropriateDeveloping individualised treatment and rehabilitation plansIncorporating exercise rehabilitation, strengthening and conditioning into treatmentManaging acute injuries, chronic conditions and post-surgical rehabilitationEducating patients and helping them understand their condition and treatment pathwayBuilding strong, long-term relationships with patientsSupporting appropriate rebooking and continuity of careMaintaining high-quality clinical notes and qualified standardsWorking collaboratively with our wider allied health teamContributing to internal and external referral relationshipsAbout YouWe are looking for someone who:Has strong musculoskeletal assessment and treatment skillsIs confident with manual therapy and hands-on treatmentHas good clinical reasoningCan manage a varied caseloadCommunicates confidently with patientsEnjoys building long-term patient relationshipsTakes ownership of patient outcomesValues a combination of hands-on treatment and evidence-based rehabilitationWants to be part of a growing,
multidisciplinary healthcare organisationWe are open to Physiotherapists at different stages of their career and are particularly interested in finding the right clinical fit and approach to patient care.Experience Highly RegardedExperience or additional training in any of the following would be an advantage:Sports PhysiotherapyManual TherapyDry NeedlingPost-Surgical RehabilitationStrength & ConditioningChronic Pain ManagementHeadache and Cervical Spine ConditionsVestibular RehabilitationBPPV, dizziness and balance conditionsVestibular experience is not essential.
