Excellence, Care & Compassion, and Inclusivity.About You / RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have:Relevant qualifications in Youth Work, Community Welfare, or a related field, with experience in client-facing service deliveryDemonstrated experience in case management, outreach support, and building positive relationships with young people and their familiesSound knowledge of issues impacting young people, including youth homelessness, disengagement from education, alcohol and other drug misuse, and cultural disconnectionThe ability to engage therapeutically with clients across diverse intellectual abilities, motivation levels, health needs, and socio-economic backgroundsProven capacity to proactively build relationships with key stakeholders and strengthen community networksMandatory RequirementsCurrent Working with Vulnerable People Card (ACT)Current National Police CheckMarymead CatholicCare has a commitment to child safeguarding and zero tolerance to child abuse.
