Kinross Wolaroi School is seeking two enthusiastic and knowledgeable Cricket Coaches to join the Co-Curricular Program for the ********* cricket season.
The positions will commence in Term 4, **** and continue through Term 1, ****.
The successful applicants will be responsible for developing student skills, fostering sportsmanship and teamwork, and supporting the effective delivery of the School's cricket program.Key responsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging training sessionsDevelop players' technical skills in batting, bowling, fielding and wicketkeepingPromote game awareness, tactical understanding and sportsmanshipAssist with team selection processes when requiredSupervise students during training sessions and matchesEnsure student welfare and safety at all timesSupport match-day operations, including scoring and administrationMaintain accurate scoring records using PlayHQ and paper scorebooksRepresent the School positively with students, parents and opposition teamsAttend external coaching meetings and actively engage in professional developmentAbout youKnowledge of current training and coaching methodsExcellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skillsHigh levels of integrity, diplomacy,
