You will also act as the first point of contact for colleague and candidate enquires.You will assist in a variety of People & Culture functions in our dynamic and luxury workplace, including recruitment and selection, training and development, payroll and benefits,



employee relations activities and support our sustainability initiatives.Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, this role takes a proactive role in supporting the candidate and employee experience as we work to build our Hotel Team and drive a service-centric culture.
In this role, you will be a true ambassador of our service culture and the company Vision, Mission, and Values and be a key driver of our pursuit of excellence.Qualifications & SkillsTo be successful in the role you will have been in the same or similar position in a dynamic environment and are truly passionate about the Industry and the employee experience.
