Saint Haven is seeking a highly intuitive and relationship-led Premium Member Concierge to deliver exceptional, personalised service to our Ultimate members.More than a traditional front-of-house position, this role is about genuinely knowing your members.
You will understand their preferences, anticipate what they need and take ownership of every request from first enquiry through to completion.About Saint HavenSaint Haven is a private wellness and lifestyle club bringing together health, performance, recovery, longevity, hospitality and genuine human connection.Combining cutting-edge science and technology with ancient wellness practices, extraordinary design and six-star service, Saint Haven is creating an entirely new category of private club in Australia.The RoleReporting to the Concierge Manager, you will:Act as the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of Ultimate membersBuild genuine relationships and understand each member's preferences, interests and routinesPersonally welcome and host members within the ClubProactively connect members with relevant classes, treatments, practitioners,



events and experiencesCoordinate bookings and help members maximise the advantages of their membershipManage lifestyle requests including dining reservations, transfers, gifting, events, tickets and travelRecognise birthdays, milestones and other meaningful occasionsTake ownership of member requests and provide regular, considered communicationResolve member concerns in collaboration with teams across the ClubRe-engage members whose visitation has declinedMaintain accurate and discreet member profiles and service notesAbout YouYou will bring:Experience within luxury hospitality, five-star hotels, private clubs, VIP services or another high-touch environmentExceptional relationship-building and communication skillsA warm, polished and naturally confident approachStrong organisation, attention to detail and follow-throughThe ability to anticipate needs and create thoughtful, personalised experiencesExcellent judgement, discretion and professionalismStrong knowledge of Melbourne dining, hospitality, wellness and lifestyleThis is an opportunity to become a trusted point of contact for Saint Haven's premium members and deliver a level of service that feels effortless, personal and completely considered.
