Key Responsibilities:Answering the phone and counterfor thepropertymanagementdepartmentLiaising with clients & providing exceptional customer serviceProcessing applications and onboarding new tenantsMarketing & online advertising propertiesCarry out routine inspections & preparing reportsManage the day-to-daypropertymanagementtasks, including tenant communications, maintenance coordination, andpropertyinspections.Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and landlords to ensure outstanding service and satisfaction.Handles all tenant applications andpropertyviewings.Manage rent increases, new leases, and lease renewals,
