We're looking for someone who can confidently operate machinery and is keen to develop their skills further.As you progress, you'll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility,



including:Operating a variety of packaging machineryMachine setup and changeoversMonitoring production and qualityTroubleshooting and resolving basic machine issuesMultitasking across different production linesWorking autonomously once trainedFollowing food safety, quality and production proceduresWorking as part of a close-knit production teamWhat we're looking forYou'll ideally have previous experience as a Machine Operator within FMCG, food manufacturing, packaging or a similar production environment.We're looking for someone who:Has hands‐on machine operating experienceUnderstands production and packaging processesCan follow procedures and maintain quality standardsIs mechanically minded and enjoys troubleshootingCan work independently and as part of a teamIs reliable, punctual and takes pride in their workWants to learn and develop their skillsIf you're an experienced Machine Operator looking for a role where you can work hard for four days and enjoy a three‐day weekend every week, we'd like to hear from you.
